Hi my name is Pamela, I am mum to 2 teenagers (a boy and a girl) and 1 dog, a cocker spaniel called Roxie. Late in 2009 I was made redundant from a job I had had for a number of years and shortly after found out I was pregnant with our second child. At that point my husband and I decided that I would stay at home and be a full time mum. It was not what I thought I would do as I always thought I would work and bring up my children. But it has been great and I have loved being around for my children and for all their school and social activities.
In 2021 I decided that I wanted and needed to get back into work, my children were getting older and I wanted to do something. How was I going to do this? I still wanted to be around for my family and do all that that entailed but also wanted to do something for myself again, find my own identity again and start to make an income. I looked at going back into the industry I had previously been in but a lot has changed since then and it was not for me, I looked at getting a job to fit in round family life but was struggling to find something so I decided to look online and see how I could develop a business from there.
I now work from home developing my business in e commerce and affiliate marketing. I am continually learning new skills and enjoying what I do and can still do everything for my family as I can work when and if I want around what is happening each day.
